Upload a JPG, target 20KB automatically, and download a smaller JPEG for forms, portals, and applications.
or click to browse. Multiple JPG files can be processed together.
Pixel dimensions matter as much as JPEG quality. A large phone photo contains millions of pixels, so quality reduction alone may not reach 20KB. If the smallest result is still too large, use the pixel resizer to reduce the width and height, then compress the resized JPG again.
Can every JPG reach exactly 20KB?
No. The encoder aims for a result under 20KB, but large dimensions and complex detail may require resizing first.
Will compressing to 20KB reduce quality?
Usually yes. A 20KB target is very small, so visible quality loss is more likely than with 50KB or 100KB targets.
Are my JPG files uploaded?
No. Compression and the target-size search run locally in your browser.
